Should I Keep Collecting Rent from My Hoarding Tenant?

I’ve got this tenant who’s a bit of a hoarder – clutter all over the place, carpets looking pretty grimy, backyard filled with stuff, and they’ve got quite a few animals they call “service” animals. The thing is, they always pay their rent on time and have been sticking around for at least three years, maybe even longer. So, here’s the dilemma: should I just keep taking their rent money and let them carry on with their clutter, or should I ask them to leave? My main concern is the state they’ll leave the property in. I’ll probably have to put in a lot of money for a complete renovation regardless, but I’m worried that if I let their habits go unchecked, it could start affecting the structural integrity of the place – you know, the walls, pipes, windows, and whatnot. Do you think this is a legitimate concern, or can I just keep pocketing the rent and spruce up the place once they finally move out?
