Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking lately about my situation. I own a few investment properties, and while my 9-5 job in corporate B2B sales pays well, it’s high stress and not very fulfilling. I’m curious if anyone else has leveraged their real estate knowledge to start a different kind of business.
I have a realtor who specializes in working with investors like me, and it got me thinking. I wonder if I could do something similar. Maybe offer coaching or consulting services for new investors, creating an additional income stream while helping others navigate the real estate market.
