Is This Blurry Listing Losing the Seller Money?

Alright, so here’s the scoop – the pics got reposted and the extra copies were ditched this morning. For all those wondering, the hood is up in the NE. It’s still a total seller’s playground where homes are getting snatched up in a flash, like 20 days on average, and the real gems are gone in less than a week. And just to clear the air, this wasn’t a For Sale By Owner job. Nope, the seller brought in an agent who happens to be a buddy of the fam. Quick check on her site shows she’s closed 3 deals in the last couple of years, but none at this luxury level. Speaking of which, the pics of this swanky pad are a mess. Blurry, pixelated, and thrown together like a salad with no dressing. Some are even doubled up for good measure. With the market favoring sellers, I reckon this place will still find a buyer, but they’re not exactly doing themselves any favors. The listing hit the scene today, but if this were my crib, I’d be on the horn with the agent, giving them an earful.
