with the property that I knew the seller would have a hard time overcoming. He didn’t want to hear it and the listing agent agreed with him.

If you’ve ever been in a situation where you’re not sure what other people are thinking or saying about you, it’s okay. Everyone has been in that position at one point or another. However, it’s important to remember that it’s not worth worrying about. In the real estate world, there are a lot of people involved in any given transaction. Therefore, it’s not uncommon to hear some less than favorable comments being made about you.

When it comes to making offers on properties, it’s important to be confident in your decision. Wayne Gretzky once said, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” This means that if you don’t make the offer, you won’t get the property. I’ve made plenty of offers over the years and, while most of them were not accepted, there have been some that were.

In some cases, you might receive feedback from the other parties involved in the transaction that is not exactly flattering. For example, I once made an offer and the listing agent accidentally included me in a response to the sellers stating that I didn’t know what I was talking about when I submitted my offer. Instead of getting angry, I took it in stride and moved on.

When it comes to real estate transactions, it’s important to remember that it’s not worth worrying about what other people think or say about you. You need to be sure of your decisions and trust your instincts. Keep in mind that you can’t control the opinion of others. If you make an offer that is fair and reasonable, then you have done your job.

Lastly, it’s helpful to remember this trick when it comes to real estate transactions and life in general: don’t give a f*ck what other people think. It’s easy to get caught up in worrying about what other people think, but it’s important to focus on yourself and trust your own judgement.
