Hey everyone, so I’ve been dealing with a major headache with my new construction house. Let me tell you, the builder I hired is a total disaster. It’s like he threw this place together in a rush without a care in the world. I mean, seriously, he didn’t even bother to use a level when putting things together. The floors are all wonky, the walls are a mess – some are uneven, some are crooked, and some even angle inward at the corners. It’s a nightmare.
I tried to put up some floating shelves, but guess what? The wall where I wanted to hang them dips in, making it impossible. And don’t get me started on the doors – they’re all different heights! It’s like every day I discover a new issue that could have been avoided if the builder had just taken the time to do things properly.
But here’s the kicker – the walls are so fragile it’s ridiculous. I mean, a slight tap with a tile or a heavier cardboard box leaves a dent, and don’t even get me started on the damage caused by just moving a mirror. It’s like the walls are made of stale doughnuts – so delicate and easily damaged. What on earth did the builder do (or not do) to make them this way? It’s beyond frustrating.
So, if anyone has any advice or similar experiences, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
